Scenario basics:
- Chain of healthy food retail shops that has strong reputation for supporting environment, reliability & nutritional value
- One shop has 15 employees that are unhappy and unmotivated
- the shop has hierarchical management structure with numerous levels of mgt
- employees have specific roles with no opportunity for learning new skills
- shop manager makes all the decisions, plays favourites and docks peoples pay if they do the wrong thing
- shop profits are decreasing
- shop manager wants things to change & has asked customers & employees their main concerns
