Architecture requirements? (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,
I was looking at the ranks for University of Melbourne and comparing with UNSW, specifically on the rank of Architecture.

And UMELB is ranked 15th and UNSW ranked 22nd in Arch

However, the ATAR required for UMELB is ~85 whereas for UNSW it is ~95

Why is this? Shouldnt UMELB have a higher ATAR requirement since their rank is better?

Atar's requirements are determined by supply and demand, not necessarily by ranking.
