How does one apply for a gap year WHILE they are already complete a few years of it?

All the info on the usyd site is how to defer an offer from UAC.

Do you mean taking a break from studies as a current student? Depends on the faculty, for science we had to fill out a form and hand it into the faculty's front desk by a set date. Then you have to recommence your studies with another form and notify the faculty.
