I've got an apartment in Rosebery which is 10 minutes by bus to UNSW, 20 to Usyd, available for the start of 2007 uni session.


-Its 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Your room will have a view looking out towards centrepoint tower and the CBD
- The complex has 4 pools and 4 gyms, which are never crowded.
- Very spacious rooms, compared to college they are palatial.
-Modern kitchen with appliances
- TV, Broadband Internet
- Lock up garage
- 3rd floor balcony
- Laundry with dryer

The rent is $170 a week (plus bills).

Seriously this place is better than anything you will find in the Uni area, trust me.

Why the hell are there 4 pools and 4 gyms?

Seems awfully inefficient to spread them out like that. There can't be that many people in the complex... Let alone using them at the same time.
