What are some features or characteristics of journeys?

Notions of Journeys:
- Individuals have to overcome obstacles to progress through their journey. (meaning, giving up will result in never being able to reach destination)
- Individual's ideologies may change
- Individuals, themselves, change mentally, physically, etc.
- Individuals encounter new events, people and other things along their journey.
- Even after reaching their desired destination, individuals will still be on a journey. (Journeys never end in a sense, a new one starts as an old one ends)
