I applied for Lonestar a couple of weeks ago and yesterday recieved a call for an interview, very excited.

Wondering if anyone here has worked or is working at Lonestar at the moment?
How's the pay?
How's the working environment?
What are the main tasks?

hahahahahaha

i work there mate

which one did u apply at??? parramatta

if so i work there...have been for 2 years now!

im a host

if it is parra are u that indian dude that came in and applied on tuesday...if so im the dude that gave u the app form.

as for ur questions

pay = pretty fkn shit...unless u work heaps...i only work like 2 shifts a week coz i asked them for that many

the working environment is ummm well at parra the hosts are real cool, most of them, basically all of them, theres a FEW good looking girls but not many.....half of the waitresses are pretty cool...half of them are immature whiney bimbos. That annoy the shit out of you, and treat you like your the idiot when your a full time student (if you are) and their full time waitress LOL

the main tasks...well if you work as a host, if your over 18 they wont employ you as a host...but if your gonna be a host you have to take orders from me (if parra) and you have to listen to, no fucking around when i tell you to do something..seat 'guests' clean tables, run meals etc....as a waiter you will have to do that too in addition to all the taking orders crap...

if your a DMO (dish machine operative) LOL you will have to wash dishes,...clean the kitchen....do 'back up' where the cooking dudes ask for something and u go get it...

if your a cooking dude then u cook.

hmmmmmmm thats all its an easy job.

Hi,

I applied for Warwick Farm, and applied for the position in the kitchen.
I have experience in working in a commercial kitchen, and have hospitality knowledge.
You think It'll be easy for me to get in?

My interview is on Monday, I'm not too sure how to dress myself.
I was thinking about dressing formally but I dont think it really is necessary?
How did you dress yourself when you had your interview?

What are other's opinions?

They want you to dress in a superman costume. They should of told you that over the phone, but if they didn't it's okay cause I am telling you now.

Dont think I'll get much there.
Will consider it in the near future though.

Had my interview today, it went well.
I'm up for another interview tomorrow, this time with the manager.
Anyone know what this means?
Is this the next level to succeeding?
