I had a look. I mean i couldn't actually find much.
Most of the photos are just closeups of people inside pub/clubs - it doesnt really give you a good outside view of a social life.

I spose you're quite curious about what we actually do. I mean theres probably about 4-5 mainstream night clubs (a few more smaller/specialist ones), *heaps* of pubs and bars (ranging in different sizes), there's your college tavern/common room areas, oh and there's anu bar. We have a pretty good social life down here. I mean at the end of the day its pretty damn good. ANU is close to the city (walking distance) and with ~300-400 students in your hall and probably 1500 students in a 500m radius of you, there is something to do (yeah i know ive said that before lol).

i can't believe you actually managed to find pictures of sully's creek looking respectable!

but yeah, on the most part ANU's a pretty awesome campus. uni ave is particularly beautiful. and it's highly convenient having black mountain right behind the uni, with the botanical gardens a few hundred metres walk away (great for picnics in summer).

lol yeah i was suprised too! They might have edited out the shopping trolleys or something! but yeah, confirming what you said. Pretty much everything can be accessed by bike riding or walking. In the whole year i used a taxi twice, and the bus twice. So its worth getting a bike to explore the campus/city etc on.
