ahh, so i won't get into my first choice at newcastle but will easily get into my second, however i actually want to study my third. No V sign!!!!!
so do i apply to uac and change my preferences for late round or would that be pointless(even though my UAI would definetly get me in?)

change it for late round. what have you got to lose? if you get offered ur 3rd then your happy. if you dont then you still have your 2nd pref offer from the main round

also keep in mind that some people in your 3rd pref may not accept thier offer so u may get thier spot.

(you should really post the specific courses u are talking about, its hard to reply using general terms)

first choice; Combined law(commerce)
second choice: commerce
third choice: commerce/business

You might get people who deffer or turn down the course, so there still might be vaccancies after the main round of offers.
