First and foremost you need to tell us the purpose of having this laptop. People need different specs for different purposes. For example, a business user would need a different configuration to a gamer. But since you didn't put down a purpose, we'll have to give a generalistic 'review'. Well, here's my two cents anyway:

- "128Mb ATi Mobility Radeon 9700" The Radeon 9700s are performance video cards which are very suitable for gaming (although starting to get a lil' old now). If you're gonna be a regular gamer who will be playing some games (especially from a few years ago) then this will be fine. The Mobility 9700s don't perform too great with some of the newer games around.
If you don't need to play games or do any sort of intense graphics processing, there's no reason to have a Radeon 9700. Infact, slash that off and you should be able to save around $300-$400.

- 4.2kg seems a bit heavy. If you're using it as a desktop replacement, then it's not a big deal though.

- "Built in Wireless LAN 802.11b" You might wanna get a wireless module which also supports 802.11g too. That's the most popular at the moment.. sure it's not a big deal because you can always get a wireless network PCMCIA card or USB 802.11b/g wireless adaptor but hey, if it's gonna be inbuilt you might aswell have it g ready from the go.

- "1 x Intel Pentium 4 3.2GHz PGA-478 512KC 800MHz FSB CPU"

It's always been my opinion that Pentium 4s aren't terribly suited for laptops, unless you're using it for purely desktop replacement. Why not get a laptop with Pentium M, it achieves high performances like a Pentium 4 with a less clockspeed, doesn't generate as much heat and will give your laptop a typical 3-4hr battery life instead of the typical 2hrs from a Pentium 4.

Otherwise, nice notebook.
