Hey does anyone know how to keep ur mind from wondering and getting distracted when ur studying??
Any suggestions would be great taa

Don't have music on unless it's Classical.

Really read the notes. Concentrate on what each line means instead of glancing over them.

Get enough sleep at night and fresh air during the day, drink lots of water.

Close BoS, and turn off the computer, if necessary.
