also in love hina...i've watched all the episodes but still didnt really get it...who was the mystery girl in the end? Do they actually say it? grrrr...i wanna know...or is it in "love hina again"??

I think the point is in the end he loved Naru, and that regardless of who the girl he made the promised to, it didn't really matter.
On another note, Cowboy Bebop is a very good anime for people to start on, one of the best, and easy to get in to.

Cowboy Bebop > All Gonzo anime = Last Exile

It's not the best, but Last Exile doesn't come close. You come to realise when you've seen the other anime by Gonzo that every single one of their series is centred around teenagers piloting flying vehicles/robots, fighting big bad ships/aliens/robots with light comedic and romantic subplots. It gets stupid very quickly.

Besides the ending of Bebop was good, it was foreshadowed from the first episode of the series onwards, can't complain about that

i have seen most of the stuff by gonzo
last two being chrno and kurogane
nuns and shinsengumi dont exactly fit into your generalisation

and im sure sunrise dont have their share of teenagers in big robots.....hell thats all they are good for

have you tried Kazaa? Only problem with that is that it dls pretty slow and it is a pretty big file. Read a review for that anime movie...sounds pretty cool

Do you see any kids in big robots in CB? Do you see any big robots? Heck, do you see any stereotypical anime kids? Do you see any kids in Witch Hunter Robin?

yeh thinks its really famous in the states...a lot of fanfics written about it on fanfiction.net. People in robots right? Saw a few screen shots, dont particularly like that type of animation style

it was confusing as hell

tune the rainbow is good
