what are the advantages of moving from an award to an agreement?

i dunno how much detail you want but i'd say one of the bigger advantages would be that they allow for skilled workers to negotiate higher pay in accordance with higher qualification

Thanks, like its one part of my first yr 12 business assesment and it says, it says outline the advantages for juiced up (my case study) of moving from an award to certified agreement. Your point is good but is that really an advantage for the business?
