About WEBCT, Student Portal and Lib Ereserve! (1 Viewer)

I have a problem! Should have attended to it long time ago...

Its not about not being able to access the WEBCT...

I can acutally access WEBct, but I cannot acces Student Portal, i use my student number and the password that they send me, but it always says incorrect password.

I tried eReserve to get my demography lectures... it worked before when I put in my MQid and my MQ password, but now I can't get in the eReserve...

My question is about the eReserve and the student Portal, why is this happening... especially the eReserve for the lib when it worked a week ago (putting in MQid and password), and now it doesn't...

i know of the WEBct incident...

but do you mean the library resoruces as well?

Everything's having problems.

You should be able to get into the library, though. Are you sure you're entering the right password? For the library (e-reserve and databases), you enter your number, then your new password (with letters, uppercase, symbols, etc).

The portal (my.mq.edu.au) is exactly the same re passwords, but there are more problems accessing it. Remember that you changed your password the first time you accessed the portal, and this also effects the library.
