The only way you can study for English is through past papers, knowing your language/poetic/visual techniques, knowing how to structure your answers with fluent expression and knowing the characteristics of different text types.
Zomg! Kevin - you actually remember? lol, i think i forgot the day after :eek:

I can only remember a multiple choice question from the math exam where 3 out of the 4 possible answers were correct.

Describe the nervous and endocrine system, and how they work together to bring co-ordination.

What is ecology? Give examples of biotic and abiotic factors?

Describe the Big Bang Theory.

Explain the Watson-Crick model, and how it represents a simple model of DNA.

WHat is Ohm's Law?

Evidence supporting the Big Bang theory –
Radiation left behind from the Big Bang causing fuzziness on telecommunications
The stretching of wavelengths as light travels towards Earth, called Red Shift
The ratio of light to heavy hydrogen in space is in proportion to that after a large nuclear explosion

Another bit of evidence to support the big bang theory is that the universe is still expanding from a central point.

Ohms law -

Ratio of voltage over current is constant and equals resistance,

Resistance = voltage/current
R = V/I

Ohm's law: Velocity = amperes x resistance
Biotic and abiotic: alive and dead
Protons neutrons and electrons: Protons (+ve. charge) + neutrons inside (neutral charge) nucleus and electrons (-ve. charge)
Endocrine and nervous system: Regulates and controls the amount of growth in an organsim?? Endocrine controls hormones and nervous system 3 main functions control body Sensory, motor and integration

If an element is radioactive, what would be released from its nucleus?

from 2006 sc. Is it nuclear radiation? We did that question in class and the student who marked mine put 'alpha particles' but i thought those were only produced in alpha radiation, not all radiactive elements...

well, this was one of the short answer ones where you have to write your answers in boxes and i think radiation is the only one that will fit :p
