also 26ers how do I study fro prelim business physics and chemistry
Chemistry is kind of mainly knowing your formulas and summarised content.
Practice questions are EVERYTHING. even if they're not calculations questions and theory, you'll need them both.
Go onto THSC or something and go thru some prelim papers.

For Physics and Chemistry - first really understand what you just learned (precisely), then practice as many questions as possible - keeping in mind whatever mistakes you make.

These are some good ideas! I’d love to get my hands on all those new protein shakes but I just can’t justify spending 4.50 on a drink (but they seem to be about 400-500 ml’s which is the same price as a small coffee but the capacity of a medium)

1. Came to the right person
2. well are you bulking or cutting?
I hear my classmates say they’re on a bulk or a cut but I’m not enough of a gym rat to apply those terms to myself (but I did calculate my body fat percentage is 18%)
My gym “routine” is using 2 7kg dumbells and doing bicep curls, triceps curls, lateral raises and random shit like squats and hamstring curls because I also run

other thing to note is that I am vegetarian so although I’m averaging 30g of fiber a day from the shit tonne of beans I eat, I’m probably not getting enough protein as I should (hence the protein shake thing because one of those shakes is half my protein goal)

okay well firstly idk if you are trolling but tricep curls aren’t an excersize 😂 secondly yes if you dont hit protein goals then take protein shakes and you need a structured workout split
