I used to have a pillow I'd routinely stab, then stitch back together. It sounds rather awful, however I'd argue it's better than doing it to myself.

That binomial is COMPLETELY different from the other binomial
youre doing rn binomial expansion the one that requires is integration is binomial proof/distrubtion (whichever) that is not in yr 11
