This question is a straight-out application of the Ideal Gas Law.
To solve for P, you need the temperature (273+15) K, you need the Volume (1.50 + 0.75) x 10-3 m3 and you need 'n' the total number of moles of gas. This is the tricky bit; neon is a monatomic noble gas, and fluorine is a diatomic covalent molecule, so be careful when you calculate the number of particles in a given mass of gas.
