For future reference I think the surface area of a cone is pi*r2 + pi*r*l where "l" is the slant height. At least I think it is...I used it in the exam, but I didn't get c(i) as it was in the exam. I got c(ii) but made a careless error in the final line of working, giving me a slightly different resut which was annoying.

if it isnt too much, could someone post the paper? there isnt a sercuity block is there? thats only for independent schools right?

happy with a pass: est. prolly ~50%, hoping for 60%
f*ck it was hard tho.
hardest exam i have ever done in my life. guessed so much stuff. hope i can get some extra marks there.

I dont know! It was a weird paper!
I know a couple of people at my school went to our teacher after the exam and got the solutions off him for exactly three minutes - one is expecting 100+/116. ( We had the probability cancelled)
*sigh* stupid smart people...

They should have left the probability..the probability question wasn't really "probability", but more simple algebra than anything...I hope I got the right answer though :p
