well from the examiners' report you need to do the limiting sum thing.
this is also reflected in the number of marks (3 marks).

but logically if the draw keeps going, the probability of that a prize will eventually be won is 1.
it's like.. tossing a coin indefinitely.
it's certain that you'll get a head eventually, after infinite number of tosses.

this question produces an arithmetic progression (i.e. a difference of $8000). dont worry about the limiting sum:

A1-8000
d=8000
An=200000

Therefore 200000=8000+(n-1).8000

n=25

Probability(exceed 200000) = (1-0.015)^25
