10 Tips for a Top First Year

^ 1st year guys - Melbourne uni has heaps of online publications freely available, covering most aspects of effective uni study skills.
There are tips for procrastinators, time management & stress management skills, note taking skills for lectures, uni exam preparation hints, etc...

Lots of useful pointers anyway, so check it out! :)

my personal fave is "Apathetics Anonymous: a 12 step program for procrastinators" :rolleyes:

time to really start 'unlearning' some bad study habits, i think :D

hehehehe i gotta try some of the ones in the procrastinators program...
alot of things are true.. i should start trying to apply it..
lol i always like start cleaning my desk or write in my diary whenever im trying to do work.. its annoying when friends come and talk to you in frees lol..
thank you for posting the link.. it applies to me being in high school too :D

i can't believe that melbourne uni. hands out 10 tips on how to have a top first year- whilst universities in NSW don't care abt. the students! :mad:
