yeah. some other universities also give ppl living in rural areas imaginary bonus UAI points if they don't make the cut-off to the program they want..... Actual UAI don't increase.

Yeah, i think so too. My sensei didnt say anything along the lines of "you're not allowed to use ur dictionary in the exam", so that means i can.
