Could the opposite be true aswell? IE: Increase in productivity ---> Decrease in price --> Large increase in aggregate demand (assuming the good is elastic) --> The employer having to hire more workers to keep up with the demand --> a reduction in unemployment? Yey or ney?

Yes, but i would dedicate the majority of my essay to macro, then just mention micro in there somewhere... Is labour market reform micro??? IE: Enterprise bargaining?? Is that micro??

Oh dear.. lol If something like this comes up in tomorrows exam i will dead set jump up and down with joy.. :D Its basicly saying What impace has globalisation had on Unemployment, inflation, eco growth, ect... You could write for hours on end about it. EDIT: My bad, just realised...
