Hey all. I got accepted to Griffith Gold Coast and am doing Bachelor of Communications, I want to choose Journalim and Communication and Media Studies (probably) as my majors, I was wondering if anyone else has done that and could advise me on what 1st year courses to take. Also, how hard is it?

I was told before the HSC by my carrers teacher that if we go to a local Uni (i.e. Southern Cross Tweed or Griffth Gold Coast, cause I go to Tweed River High) that we get 5 extra UAI points. Can someone tell me if this is true and if so how do I get them? Cheers!
