Nah I think it was a lady. Something about, my mum was going through the checkout with two things to buy, and the person in front of her had heaps of things to buy, so he said that she could go through first. And the lady on the checkout then got angry for some reason.

And, I think everyone who works in customer service has their moments of grouchy unreasonableness. Even someone as lovely as me.
