cos i came home and thought abt it and thought i stuffed up cos it said and
Oop, I said it was mostly weak because it appealed to emotions and only used one evidence that directly tied to its argument. I said it was strong in persuading its audience as it draws on the vulnerabilities through personal anecdotes and vivid imagery. But yea,h i said he lacked credibility and support from statistical evidence. I also said how his prioritisation of simplicity over saftey was questionablei think it was quite good
i wrote gibberish
but i hope they like gibberish
the e-scooter thing i didnt know what to write for weaknesses tho
what u write?
What is that Eng or smth lmao. The first part sounded like it lolOop, I said it was mostly weak because it appealed to emotions and only used one evidence that directly tied to its argument. i was so ass at eng, rank was horrid (cant remember exactly but i remember for trials i cried in class coz i got like 69% and my rank for that trial was in the bottom 50%)can any past graduates give stories of how they were completely cooked for english right b4 hsc and ended up getting 80+
Yes similar, like average 950
Did you argue against the second? And I have no idea what i'll get like its so hard to predict, I felt maybe I did better on section one when reading over it, but when I was writing I felt better about section twookok i wrote something similar!
Law Admissions Test for UNSW. It's similar to english short answers in that you have to analyse with a lot of the same techniques, particularly the rhetorical triangleWhat is that Eng or smth lmao. The first part sounded like it lol
is it just me or was the hype of chemistry being "high scaling" a complete lie? if rawmarks.info is right then the b6 cutoffs are consistently around the very high 80s; and it seems like somehow english advanced scales better.I am so COOKED for chemistry. I'm so scared.
LITERALLY THO?? like wdym bio scales better...wdym I can't let scaling carryis it just me or was the hype of chemistry being "high scaling" a complete lie? if rawmarks.info is right then the b6 cutoffs are consistently around the very high 80s; and it seems like somehow english advanced scales better.
also im making the dumbest mistakes all the time, and im so done with bloody mod 8
There's a difference between scaling and alignment, though!LITERALLY THO?? like wdym bio scales better...wdym I can't let scaling carry
chem seems to be the only subject where somehow every time I do a paper I've never seen any of the questions before, like I get it's supposed to be application of knowledge but please where are my free marks
85 is legit my goal i need to lock ini was so ass at eng, rank was horrid (cant remember exactly but i remember for trials i cried in class coz i got like 69% and my rank for that trial was in the bottom 50%)
anyway for the hsc I tried perfecting my essays and memorised a base general essay for every mod and I memorised a few extra quotes just in case, and for short answer (I was actually so ass i always failed that at school or got lower than avg) I kept on practicising with other school/trial/hsc papers and would cmpare my answer with the sample answer and see the difference/take note of what I was missing
I ended up getting an 85 so yeah not as great as what others have gotten here but I think it was way better than what I was expecting
Oh yeah, I did against so I just argued that side. But I did include somewhat of a counterargument by discussing why I think their fears are valid. But I saw that it was ultimately a human issue (as this is simply a fictional recreation of the problems on fraser island), rather than an animal issue and that the policy would provide an only an immediate and short-term benefit to a long-term struggle.nah i only wrote about why that policy should be implemented
cos it only asked for one side??
Yes please i'll check it out. But girl how are you bored im just stressedguys I'm bored, do you think if I posted a thread as to how (to the best of my knowledge) to use ATAR calculators effectively and accurately as well as when/how to ask for predictions it would be useful
I might do it tomorrowYes please i'll check it out. But girl how are you bored im just stressed
its simply coz you know deep down that your set for the HSCI might do it tomorrow
idk I'm just the kind of person who takes it as it comes yk, I do get stressed but not to the same extent as a lot of ppl, tbh I don't really understand the point of the rlly high stress a lot of ppl put themselves under which is funny bc I arguably have the most stressful goal (stress is valid I just don't personally get it)
like to me at the end of the day it's not that big of a deal, it's disappointing if things don't go to plan but eh I'll get over it
there are some ppl here that can vouch for me on my nonchalance haha - some might say I'm too apathetic
for me tho stress gets in the way of my clear thinking so I try to rationalise it away, a little bit of anxiety is necessary but the times I've done the best in assessments have been when I'm decently relaxed
I hope so!!its simply coz you know deep down that your set for the HSC
tbh i had two rounds of trials so this feels like a third roundI might do it tomorrow
