I suppose so, my friend didn't do much extracurriculars though, like in the current year of taking the test, but he had like achievements, up to a national level. That being said, I don't think national level achievements are going to seal the deal obviously in this case. What I would say is have around 3-4 extracurricular activities in school to boost your chances, participate in competitions, because even if you do just get a participation certificate, it shows you're well engaged outside of school. though i would say that you should perform quite well on the edutest like 4 superiors, and your attendance should be high. if its low, then there should be an explanation or proof of evidence, so if you do end up having days where you are absent, make sure you explain it because they scrape through your reports thoroughly.
