nothing is ever futile you got this!! but don't stress too much as well, it's not worth that much stress - just do your best into the HSC with no regrets!!

Yes and I have been crying myself to sleep for the past week fml, I tried my best but my best wasn't enough

I hope you're alright

if you're on track to your goal then it's okay if you don't try as much, and honestly same even if you don't feel like you're gonna make it - stress is just a negative feedback loop
There's so many ways to get into what you want! we're all proud of you for trying your best, and sometimes that's really all you can do - and that's okay! it might suck right now but I believe in you to keep going

Also internal marks rarely equal HSC marks, there's a super high chance you surprise yourself!!

I'm praying for a 90 ATAR, just to give my self one win, but tbh how can I be sad if I have a 2 month holiday before uni anyway

Firstly, I don't think you know what a Bachelor of Arts is; it's not limited to creative arts, and secondly, you certainly are not going to have the last laugh living a miserable, cynical life. And just to add, I suggest you do some research, because I think people like Scarlett Johansson, Martin Scorsese, and Lana Del Rey have gotten further with their creative degrees than your attitude will ever be. So when you're watching a film, reading a book, or listening to some music, just stop and remember that the creator is not, in fact, jobless and unemployed, but probably very rich and very content. (Sorry for all the people with sense that this was not targeted at).
