  • just gonna my dotpoints and then go over astrophysics. but pretty much set I guess. don't forget to review the higher response dotpoints such as assess and all that. and go over pracs. are you ready for it?
nah all good! happy to help. we're doing astrophysics but my teacher is heaps shit. so just going over the dotpoints individually. and there's three people in my class doing medical physics cos as I said, teacher's shit. lol what option are you doing?
you don't mind if I reply here right?
Back EMF. The induced emf in a coil opposes the supplied emf within the coil. This happens because the rotating coil in a magnetic field experiences a change in flux thus inducing its own current/emf (Faraday's law- electromagnetic induction). Now this induced current flow in the direction such that its induced magnetic field opposes the field that created it (Lenz's Law). Therefore, the induced emf opposes the supplied emf. This is known as Back emf

and Eddy Currents are currents induced in a conductive surface (not connected to any external circuit) placed in a changing magnetic field. Again, this is due to faraday's law. Lenz's law is also applied as the eddy currents in the conductive surface rotated in such a way that its induced mag field opposes the field that created it.

she's my wife dude.. lol her name's Alicia Whitten.
hm yeah, year 12 is usually like that. sorry for the late reply. I didnt realise that you had replied to me on your page.
Though yr 12 could be like that sometimes, it will be your best year of high school :)
my friends and i loved every moment of year 12 (except for the totally stressful times)
But if youre gonna do a full on course at uni, its like sitting the hsc every single day lol. You'll get used to it.
How did you go in your half yearlys?
