Just saw this email. Kind of a bitch... have to walk heaps further to get to the C and E buildings! This 'new protection mesh technology' sounds interesting. As long as it isn't muddy as hell after it pisses down with rain, I don't care.

Yeah, blackrider89 got most of it. Basically, it lowers your GPA but you still pass the unit. The only problem you may run into in the future is if another unit you plan to do requires a P from the unit you got a PC in.
Make sure you do look around! I missed out on a snow club (probably can see I'm obsessed by my nickname) last year because I didn't have a good look. The WANG Club is worth it too. :D
Yup, as previously said, confirmed by the media and RailCorp, shuttle services will begin on February 22. Hopefully it all runs smoothly for the beginning of semester 1 (23rd).:)
Just finished my registration. Got booted off eStudent twice and had to wait about 10 minutes both times. All done now. Just keep trying guys! It'll let you in soon!
You'd think after all these "overload" issues they've had, they'd upgrade their servers or something. Just going to keep refreshing until it's up... :mad1:
The first shuttle services are set to run the 22nd (or 23rd; I'll have to double check) of February. It's planned, but whether it goes ahead... who knows. Don't hold me to this... we all know the line was meant to be open a long time ago! Also, the line is essentially complete.
I've heard...
You'll have to email eStudent Support to get rid of them. Can you actually enrol? I can't enrol at all, just keep getting errors saying my course isn't recognised by the government. :/
Re: WebCT/MQ Services Downtime Thread
Is anyone getting an error when enrolling? eStudent reckons my course isn't recognised by the government and it won't let me enrol. Just emailed eStudent Support... guess I'll wait 'til the morning.
Damn eStudent.
