Yea dealers can't accept tips because of their gaming license. One thing is if you're a pretty girl go work on gaming floor/VIP salons/room a lot of tips to be had there and you get to keep the majority of it coz like i think 20% of it goes to bar.
3rd year courses usually have a pre req of 2nd year courses and if it's not a pre req it will be assumed knowledge. The amount of shit you would have to remember would be crazy if you were to super overload.
