the way i see it is, the question actually does not say it _will_ be won, however if in fact it is won, that the prive money exceeds 200k .. it may be that nobody wins but if they do, they recieve >200,000 Well my explanation may make sense only to me so ... ya :p apologies if my point is vague

actually ya ... i did one thismorning involving multiplying top and bottom by (x+1) and then shifting numbers between a "2^n[1x2x3...(n-1)] sort of thing :(

thats good to know ... certainly calmed me down a hell of alot :) I tihnk im going to shift my study focus from Q5-7 to Q1-5 :) ... now that i have a whole 21 hrs to go :)

i think i find shm easier because you have a definite set of forumlas to use, its really just a matter of application and logical conclusions, where as the trickier probability questions require alot more thinking

yeh based on the last few years, the q7s have been soft when it comes to loan repayments :\ hopefully they wont compensate for this with a killer 3u q7
