I talked about training and development when acquisition would’ve fit way better but it was only an outline so hopefully that’s not that bad. I just said to make sure they train their employees and since it’s cheaper to provide mentoring and coaching to support employee morale which will lead to efficiency and low turnover which will help them achieve a competitive edge over others

you can talk abt any as long as you justified it well. The most obvious is acquisition but it doesnt rlly matter what you chose cause they can all fit in some way
