nope this is a massive lieMy parents keep hounding me about how ppl can legit just search up my ATAR and get it.
Is that true or can they only see which subjects I got a band 6 in?
So as long as I get into the uni course I want it won't become an intrinsic part of me like the hair on my head that will follow me forever no matter where I go?nope this is a massive lie
the only publicly available results about you are whether you got a band 6 or not for subjects on the honour roll
your teachers can only see your marks for the subjects they teach, and I believe they may be able to access individual question marks after a while
no one but you and UAC has to know your atar and no one really cares about it after high school
Edit: some schools can use atar calculators though but that won’t give your exact atar and schools won’t give it out (they’re not supposed to or allowed to without your knowledge at least)
No. Atar doesn't define you, especially with a shitty subject like English made mandatory. It would've if it weren't for English though. So as long as I get into the uni course I want it won't become an intrinsic part of me like the hair on my head that will follow me forever no matter where I go?
The ATAR is between you and UAC. It is confidential and only available to the relevant person. If your parents got a hold of that information, they would be breaking the law. In other words, no, your parents will not be made aware of your ATAR. Yes, band 6 results are publicly available, but as you'll see, band 6 does not tell you of your ATAR. For example, I knew someone who got in the mid 94 range last year without any band 6 marks (admittedly, they did stereotypically 'high scaling subjects). So, as long as you get into your course, it won't come back to bite you.My parents keep hounding me about how ppl can legit just search up my ATAR and get it.

I'm not sure, but the ATAR Advice Notice is given to all ATAR-eligible candidates. It's literally just your ATAR on a PDF with information about unit contributions.then why did this girl dox herself? she goes to uts now according to her linkenden
