How the fuck do you do legal, MC and short answer are fine, but essays???! Like there are so many topics and so many question that can be asked, how do i memorise every single stat and every single statistics, how can i get better at legal, im so lost, i feel like all my information is scattered, and i feel like its impossible to write a good essay, like there's only so much i can argue, only so much evidence i can remember, i cant do every little stat. And taking that away, how do i even structure an essay.
Sorry for the rant but i actually cant stand this subject and i want to do better but idfk how, also theres not really much time left so idk what to do,

best thing to do is to go over the syllabus and write lcmdi that fits more than one dot-point. Also to practice writing essays from the themes/challenges and "students learn to" because thats where a lot of the essay questions come from

for my essays i would usually structure them like this:
intro: basically answering the q (such as to what extent), introducing ur ideas then summarise

3x bodies (each a diff topic) with around 4-5 lcmdi (all ur info - legislation, cases, media, documents), and 3-4 CAREBEAR (some ppl use others like PEARJAM but this is basically ur effectiveness -- community standards, accessibility, resource efficiency, balance of rights, enforceability, appeals + reviews, rights of the individual) and see if ur lcmdi (such as law reform) is effective (such as does it fit with comm. standards) and then link ur effectiveness back to the question (if the q if asking for effectiveness)
- basically using ur knowledge to answer the q but talking about effectiveness (carebear) is really important

then the conclusion which summarises everything (i would usually rewrite my intro more specifically here)

I feel like the essays will be the easiest? There's always going to be main lcmdi for specific topics for e.g consumer law is ACL, ACA 2010, Fair Trade Act 1987, and there will be fairly easy case studies to always remember e.g takata airbags and you can very easily link that to all syllabus dot points e.g contracts, remedies, contemporary issues and criteria. Tbf I barely listen in class as well and can remember stuff on the top of my head, you may as well just make up stats in the exam as long as they're realistic and make sure to benchmark for effectiveness and it'll just make you look smarter. I'm in the same boat as you just instead for short answer and mc, because I remember absolutely nothing and have no notes lol. But I'm sure we’ll be fine, legal is easier than people make it out to be!! I find business harder (blaming it on finance)
