i love tasks for sor, they're so chill, although i don't know why my school is doing the syllabus out of order, we're doing the depth studies first so my first assessment is on islam

i'm getting assessments for all my subjects this term, and i'm pretty sure i'll have an exam block in week 9ish? not sure, the teaching staff aren't transparent with us at all, it's really annoying

Our school doesn’t even use the textbook lol. We just have a very good Canvas page the SOR teachers put together

i can relate to that so much, my school doesn't use any textbook, it's just some external sites and random slideshows, but it ends up working out for me lol

when i first started yr12 i was pretty on top of my work and i think my biggest regret was not staying consistent and continuing that for the rest of the year

consistency gets difficult closer to trials and when assessments start coming along because that's when you start neglecting your subject notes or you prioritise certain subjects over others

I don't get any tutoring but a lot of people in my grade do. I don’t plan on getting tutoring at all for the duration of Year 12, but every now and then I wonder if self study will get help me achieve the academic goals I’m aiming for since my school is no help

self study is perfectly fine, there are so many resources around nowadays that you’ll never not have something to do

omg just finished it forever and never have to look at it again, i wish you the best of luck with adv math cuz the paper this year was nice and next year nesa is gonna curse our cohort

While I know many people who do tutoring in my year, tbh you can get just as far with self study (I don't do tutoring either).

Nah tutoring is the reason Im capable of doing Maths Ext 2 or I would have dropped maths altogether lol
