Do the rankings continue in Year 12, or is it all reset?

Currently cringing because I thought Year 12 would be a fresh start, but we apparently have 2 more weeks of Year 11/2017 subjects in term 4 before we start the HSC. -_-

All rankings and scores are reset :)

I think many schools continue yr11 content at the beginning of term 4, but that's just to make sure the whole yr11 syllabus is covered. Don't worry about yr11 marks or rankings, nothing really counts towards HSC

Yeah this happened for me too for chemistry, which was ultra annoying. The ranks you get in Year 11 are an okay estimation of your rank in Year 12, as some people skyrocket up the ranks, and everyone else's goes down in comparision.

No year 11 doesn't count at all, however you should use it as a foundation for year 12 and build upon as I am doing.
