Hey BoS, I would like to know how to show that a sequence follows a certain rule, is all you do substitute in values for n and show that for the first couple of values of n it is true, or do you have to rigorously prove the sequence. My question is with c), http://m.imgur.com/1uqEY6t
I feel like to rigorously prove it I would have to do something with binomial coefficients or something, but I haven't learnt that yet. Thanks for any answers.

I reckon using induction since the pattern might change at n=320...

I'm using Cambridge, this is in 6D and Induction is at the end at 6N, so the method they want isn't induction. Induction probably would be the best way to prove it though I haven't learnt it yet.
