It depends on what you are planning to use the laptop for. If you are using it for gaming, I would say the first option would be better due to the superior graphics card (although a 2GB graphics card should be fairly sufficient for most games). If you are using it for casual use, I would say the second option.
Thanks!
Do you think the screen resolution difference will be noticeable on a 15' screen?

4gb graphics is overkill. better off with the better screen resolution for sharper quality.

If you want a killer graphics card get a Clevo laptop. I just got the w230ST for $1350, 128GB SSD, 1080p screen, GTX 765M and an i7 4700MQ (2.4Ghz, turbo boosts to 3.4).

There's an identical model but with a 15.6" screen. Cant remember the name though.

I would say that too. However, with a better screen resolution you are using a bit more of graphics dedicated memory and a bit more power in that case.

Just so you know, neither of these laptops are gaming capable. You'll get away with playing modern games at lowest possible settings at a maximum resolution of 1366x768 on either laptops before they become unplayable. The difference between the GT740&750 mobile GPUs are ~5% and neither of them are even capable of utilizing 1GB of vRam, let alone 2 or 4. The 4GB vRam is just a marketing tool for those who aren't well informed.
