All I did was the f'(x) question...and the similar triangles proof.....THAT IS ALL...

16a is 2x^2 -3x+1 right?
yes

i skipped b)iv) cos i kept getting no solution :mad:
and c)ii) I just used similar triangles twice and left it there cos i was braindead

-2 at the end....

Because the gradient=5 when x=2...
and when x=2, y=0
so integrate f'(x) to get f(x).....sub in 0 and 2...to get C...and C=-2

At least that's what I did....correct me if I'm wrong

i did 16a)

I got to 0 = (-8)^2-4*2(-7+C) using discriminant
the solved it wrong and put C=8/3 LOL

with b) iv.
I got the derivative of N and set it equal to dP/dt (which is probably 2/3 marks), but I couldn't work out how to eliminate P.

I couldn't eliminate P, so I didn't get an answer (and pens down before I had time to make one up). How did you get 40?
