the offer system works on preferences, u set 9 preferences and basically the UAC sends them out to the university in the order that u selected ur preference until a uni is prepared to give u an offer (based on their set criterion) if u make it to say ur 2nd or 3rd course or whichever one for that matter, the uac stops it there and everything under that is discarded until the next round, then it becomes ur decision if u choose to accept or reject that offer this is also done online. The process continues until the next round until the final rounds, its best to accept offers in the main round, because there are very few seats available in the upcoming rounds after the main round this is when all the main candidates are selected. Hence, make ur preferences in the order that YOU want, not highest to lowest uai, otherwise u will be disappointed if u get into something higher that u may not have wanted to do and wudve done something that u put under a lower preference. Btw u accept and check for offers through the uac website, on the above link theres a button on the bottom that says "Check Offer" drop in ur uac number/pin and it will tell you if u have recieved an offer or not.
u do everything online. check out uac website for more details.
