I was wondering if any1 could help me with my food tech assesment. I am doing a cultural study on Egypt and i was wondering if you could help me with a couple of questions, or give me some info, links, articles anything of the sort. The 2 questions i need help with are:
[1]: Explain how psychological factors affect food choice e.g. values, religious beliefs/beliefs, habits, attitudes and emotions.
[2]: Discuss the social effects including lifestyle (household structure, interests, employment), household equipment and food product innovations.
