EXPLAIN HOW BRITAIN AND GERMANY ATTEMPTED TO INCREASE THEIR MILITARY AND MATERIAL STRENGTH IN THE PERIOD BETWEEN 1914 AND 1918

i have all my info, but i'm uncertain whether to discuss it:

Id go with #2, just because then its easier to compare/contrast germany and britain and you wont be repeating yourself as much. i dont think it wil really matter that much... awful question tho
Good luck

#2.

for one, it allows comparing and contrasting
"integration" is really important as it shows a higher level of understanding and sophistication - or so in my opinion.

i think its better to go with two...
