Hey, dis is my first post lol....

Could people plz give me sum help wid this question?
"Discuss the extent to which the law reflects the ever changing moral and ethical standards and evaluate the effectiveness of law reform for family members.
In your answer you must refer to at least 5 recent media articles and approp legislation".

I'm not asking ppl to to the task for me (although it would be nice!). But could ppl just point me into the right direction? I'm so confused lol.

Thanks, luv ChIcKa-D!.

Talk basically about how societys values have changed the laws through things like increasing disapproval of domestic violence eg the introduction of AVOs and APVOs, the legislation that allowed police to come involved in domestic disputes, talk about societies increasing acceptance of gay and lesbian relationships and how they are now legally classified under de facto relationships and other stuff like that sorry i cant help you with the media releases but we did this topic in term 4 last year and we didnt have to find articles on it hope it gives you a general idea

The marriage act 1961 Cth the first aust legislation 4 marraige

cases:
hyde v. hyde
corbett v. corbett
