I have a homework question I need help with. I have been given a sample training program that last for 6 weeks, 6 days per week and 6 sprints each session. This is week 1. throughout the following weeks he reduces the recovery time and increasing work times. The question is

"Identify the type of energy system/s that this program is aiming to develop and provide examples to justify your answer"
I'm just a bit confused on which energy system it AIMS to develop. I think its primarily the lactic acid and a bit ATP/PC system. What do you guys think?
