Is it possible to do a language with a commerce/economics degree? If so will it take longer than 4 years to finish the double degree?:thrust:

Thought it would be nice and interesting to learn a new language though i doubt i'm going to use it for future employment.

do it as electives or do a diploma of languages on top of your degree

OR go to sydney uni on saturdays and learn a language through the CCE (this is what i'm doing)
it's ~260 for 10 weeks of 2 hour classes at night or on saturday which is p good if you work out how much it is per lesson you would pay a lot more for private tutoring and HECS would be like at least 400 so you know

also they don't have exams so it takes a lot of pressure off and if you do decide to do a language at uni you can apply for credit with your CCE stuff.
