Q21 in the exam papers (1 Viewer)

Hey, like someone mentioned, question 21 is extremely tricky and confusing. Any idea of how to prepare for it? I dont ever remember learning about anything to do with like... hospitality and australias economy and that kinda stuff.... has anyone else learnt anything along those lines?

its a 15 mark questions too *gulp*... lotta marks down the drain if u cant answer it ay.
