are there any cost charges to rearange the order of your preferences?
and when is the expiry date for final round offers ?

There are no cost charges in re-arranging the order of your preference.

You can submit a UAC application for consideration in the Final Round until Tuesday 3 February 2004.

The Final Round offers are e-released on saturday 7th of February.
