any1 got any notes on this. this is wat i hav so far. all i hav is women wanted rights, soldiers wanted jobs and houses, and civilians wanted food and consumer goods.

Look at all the acts that happend, Representation of People, the post war "boom" years where men were absorbed into the industry, look at good stuff too.

Yeah, dont just mention the expectations that werent met, also mention those that were achieved by the government,

eg health, education,

i would say do everything on the post-war exp. political civillian and sodlier experiences.

Returning soldiers believed that they would return to a heros welcome and that thier jobs would be safe. Unfortunaly that bummed out for them. There was a special act that gave returning soldiers some farmland, but they lacked the skills to operate them. All in all soldiers got screwed.
