im wondering if its possible to get a good uai with gen maths.
whats the minimum mark i should get on the gen. maths hsc for a good uai?
say like 80+ uai
im doin business studies; ancient history; english standard; ipt and bio..

I think the highest UAI with general maths this year was 99.95 any subject combination can get you a high UAI.

woah thats good news! I dropped down to general awhile ago but only recently found out how much it gets scaled down.... I thought I was screwed!

It does (scale down) and badly if you don't go well...but if you get a comfortable band 5 (at least) it won't scale down. I know someone who did general maths who got 95 so its possible for you.
