Does anyone have any info on how Hatshepsut has been portrayed by modern historians??

mmm, essentially no. but redford (as in donald) stood up for her - its worth looking at his books - whereas most "modern" historians (i.e. the crusty male sexist ones) have shown her as a usurper who had no right to rule. i.e. chick on the throne didn't sit well with them. but oh well. you get that.
